  • Take full ownership for B2B sales in all countries.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and penetrating new markets.
  • Lead and inspire the sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and achieving exceptional results.
  • Develop and execute a successful seasonal go-to-market strategy, working closely with product and marketing teams.
  • Together with our B2B partners, ensure premium brand and price positioning with a focus on sell-out performance and full-pricesales.
  • Establish a consumer-oriented, holistic key account management system.
  • Fit and athletic, with the ability to authentically represent the X-BIONIC brand with a lot of energy.
  • Reports to CEO
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior sales position in a high-performing and globally operating premium brand.
  • Strong industry knowledge in the sports and outdoor sector is essential.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, particularly in B2B and in relation to buying groups (Sport 2000, Intersport).
  • Proven track record in successfully developing new markets, particularly in Asia and America.
  • Experience in leading and developing B2B teams, including the ability to effectively lead and motivate subject matter experts.
  • A strong leader capable of driving the international team and global markets.
  • A positive and committed individual who demonstrates energy and responsibility, even in challenging market environments, aligned with our brand's premium positioning.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to persuade and engage customers and internal stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial, resilient and hands-on personality with a strong growth mindset.
  • Fluent in English (C1); knowledge of German and French is advantageous to communicate effectively in an international environment.
