YOUR MISSION

Demand Planning

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts to meet business goals and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to gather relevant data (financial target, historical sales data, market trends, and other factors) and insights for accurate demand forecasting.
  • Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts, overstock situations, and reduce storage costs.
  • Align merchandise plans with sales objectives and market demands.

Business Controlling

  • Budget and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the turnover & stock situation of the business and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
  • Be a business partner to sales incl. aligning & monitoring of turnover targets and developing of turnover plans together.

Merchandise Management

  • Plan the demand for our own eCom & concession business based on historical sales data, marketing activities and other factors.
YOUR JOURNEY
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Controlling / Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, business controlling, or merchandise management.

  • Proven track record in implementing successful demand planning strategies and improving business performance.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common business goals.

  • Proficient in using ERP systems, demand planning software (e.g. Anaplan, ...), and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to the development of business strategies.

  • Experience in aligning demand planning and business controlling activities with overall business objectives.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and the capacity to adapt to changing business conditions.

  • Being a sports enthusiast and being familiar with our products is a plus.
