Team: Marketing

  • Develop captivating and persuasive brand and marketing campaign texts to engage our target audience effectively, optimizing content for conversions and impact.
  • Safeguard and further develop our brand's unique tone-of-voice, ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
  • Liaise with PR agency to ensure consistent messaging in press releases, enhancing brand reputation and media presence.
  • Craft compelling and informative product descriptions that highlight features and benefits, driving customer interest.
  • Oversee translation processes, preserving brand essence and messaging coherence for diverse markets.
  • Embrace AI advancements while fostering meaningful connections with the running, cycling, and skiing communities.
  • Proven experience as a Copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing successful brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning, target audience segmentation, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong affinity for running, cycling and/or skiing with the ability to communicate effectively within these communities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, PR agencies and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce and digital marketing best practices.
  • Openness to innovation and a willingness to explore AI-driven copywriting tools while maintaining authentic human communication.
  • Very good communication and expression skills in English and German, both written and spoken. Any other language is a plus.
