How to return an order?

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and you might need to initiate a return. While we don't offer direct exchanges, we've simplified the process for you.

Step 1: Locate your order

• Log in to your customer account and navigate to the "Orders" section of your account.

Step 2: Choose the item to return

• Find the specific order containing the item you wish to return. Locate the item you want to return, select a reason for return and click on the "Return Items" button next to it.

Step 3 Complete the return request:

• Follow the provided instructions to complete the return request process.

Step 4: Receiving a return label

• After submitting the return request, we'll provide you with a return label to use for shipping the item back to us.

Step 5: Shipping the items

• Pack the item securely and attach the provided return label. Ship the package back to us using the recommended shipping method.

Upon receiving the returned item, we'll promptly process your refund. This may take up to 14 days.
