YOUR MISSION
  • Carry out all customer service duties to acquire, build, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Handle order entry and order management.
  • Organize transport and delivery.
  • Evaluate and communicate delivery schedules with customers.
  • Create sales reports and maintain customer data in the ERP system.
  • Perform general organizational work and provide field sales support.
  • Report to the Sales Support Lead.

Our current location is in Wollerau; however, we will be relocating to Zurich at the beginning of 2024.

YOUR JOURNEY
  • 1+ years of experience in the field of sales, administration, or a similar position.
  • Professional proficiency in Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field.
  • Autonomous, curious, proactive, as well as structured and well-organized.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Very good communication and expression skills in English and German, both written and spoken. Any other language is a plus.
