Account Manager Marketplace (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Manage daily operations through eCom platforms (e.g. Amazon Vendor Central)
  • Develop new markets and new marketplace partners
  • Ordering, Logistics, Invoicing, Return Management and regular saleas analytics
  • Improve logistics process to enhance order fulfillment performance
  • Forecasting and manage seasonal buying: seasonal catalogue set up, seasonal budget, production planning, pre-order Pos.
  • Maximize re-order business by ensuring the demand is fulfilled in an optimal way and the orders are delivered on the requested date
  • Weekly business review with partners (e.g. Amazon AVS team), proactively find solutions to boost sales
  • Develop and grow the business through new or existing tools and programs
  • Create campaigns by using partner’s marketing service, monitor result
  • Follow up deliveries, make sure the goods arrive on partner’s warehouses on time and in good condition
  • Control selling price, ensure platform pricing strategy comply with brand’s standard and policy
  • Monitor and manage product presentation including short, long descriptions, bullet points and imagery in close collaboration with marketing team to deliver the most impactful product positioning and image
  • Create and manage Amazon brand store by regularly refreshing the design and promotions
  • Together with Marketing Department: brand store management & catalogue maintenance
  • Reports to Head of eCommerce

Your Profile

  • 3+ years experience in eCommerce (platforms preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar field
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is a must. Skills in other languages e.g. German, Italian or Spanish are an added plus
  • Experience managing advertising campaigns on various eCom-platforms
  • Ability to connect and build rapport with partners and team
  • Ability to work interdisciplinary and coordinate independently with other departments
  • Proficient in working with spreadsheets and data analysis
