International Sales Manager (m/f/d)

We are an innovative, swiss, technology company focusing on the development and marketing of high-end knitting sports textiles. World class athletes like Wendy Holdener, Marco Odermatt and Timo Bracht are trusting us to release the last percent of energy with our premium next-to-skin textiles.

Your Tasks

  • Sell seasonal X-Bionic and X-Socks collections to existing customers (distributors & wholesale)
  • Proactively identify, approach and on-board potential new partners worldwide
  • Develop seasonal Business Plans with Distributors to achieve defined sales targets
  • Constantly communicate market trends, sales performance, product feedback and information about competitors
  • Work closely with sales support team to ensure highest possible customer service and follow through on orders and deliveries
  • Regular visits to customers within countries to ensure merchandising standards are in line with global strategy and stock holding is in line with sales performance
  • Carry out in-depth product training with customers on a seasonal basis
  • Reports to Chief Commercial Officer

Your Profile

  • Excellent history of developing and maintaining account relationships
  • Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully
  • Work effectively and efficiently. Adapt to new processes and manage own workload
  • Good negotiation skills seeking to find a ‘win win’ solution for all parties involved
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is a must. Skills in other languages e.g. German, French or Spanish are an added plus
  • Enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in selling sporting goods internationally
  • Seasonal travel is required
