Sales coordinator and project manager (m/f) 100% – 6 months mission

Responsibilities

Based in our Office in Wollerau Switzerland, and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will be responsible for the creation and execution of the global supply plan and coordinating the day-to-day logistics operation of X-Bionic.  This means you will make sure our wholesale and web customers get the X-Bionic products they need delivered from the warehouse on time, every time.

 

  • Responsible for all customer centric processes and constant optimizations
  • Regular contact with customers, coordinate their requests and give after-sales support
  • Lead all sales driven short and mid-term projects to reach customer experience excellence
  • Enter and regularly maintain planning parameter data in ERP System (customer, lead-time, SKUs, price, tax/VAT, delivery dates, payment terms)
  • Integrate and automates data and data flows linked to customers & supply (sales orders, inventory level, purchase orders, invoices & master data)
  • Lead the sales planning process (budget/forecast) and interrogate variances
  • Define annual quantities and deliver rolling forecast to suppliers
  • Coordinate availability dates with suppliers for production of the different product lines
  • Monitor sell-through level and available stock on hand in order to avoid over stock/missed sales and coordinate sales push activities
  • Mitigate end-of-line products by initiating re-distribution activities where possible
  • Maintain product lifecycle status in ERP and pricing
  • Coordinate documentation and processes with our manufacturer and distributors
  • Full responsibility of the outsourcing of our supply chain management processes
  • Conduct margin rentability analysis

Skills

  • A proven understanding of sales processes and supply chains, preferably in the sport industry
  • Equivalent of 5 plus years of relevant sales management and supply chain (preferably across multiple channels and a global landscape)
  • Able to talk to the understanding of customer or consumer lead solutions within a supply context and Providing insights
  • Vendor/Market Management
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills - can talk fluently to customers and supply
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
  • High level of commercial acumen, insight and vision
  • Solutions-oriented and proactive problem solver
  • Ability to adapt well to changing business requirements
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great time-management and prioritizing skills and experience delivering to strict deadlines
  • Gained financial acumen through work experience or a tertiary qualification
  • Mastered Excel and be very, very comfortable with systems and new business applications
  • Be FLUENT in German, and English
