  • Daily communication with our Distributors
  • Order entry & controling (Pre & Re-orders), Order confirmation, Invoicing
  • Reporting
  • Follow up with our manufacturers
  • Make sure order is being followed up
  • Delivery dates
  • Customer Care B2C
  • Following ticketing system and provide answers to customers
  • Following inventory levels on x-bionic.com
  • Checking assortment is open to place orders
  • Administrative Support
  • eCommerce Support
  • Following inventory levels on x-bionic.com
  • Checking assortment is open to place orders
  • Reporting
  • Marketing Support
  • Support ISM events
  • Support on Social Media

Who we’re looking for:

  • Several years of work experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English, good German spoken and written
  • Experienced with the common MS Office Programs
  • Organized and structured modus operandi
  • Independent, effective and reliable way of working
  • Highly result and service oriented
  • Strong communication skills and enjoys contact with sales managers and customers
  • A cooperative co-worker and a supportive, responsible, team-oriented person
  • Passion for sports fundamental understanding of the sports industry
