X-Bionic Archive Sale Competition – Zurich

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by:

(“the Organizer”)

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

Aged 18 years or older at the time of participation

Present in person at the X-Bionic office Archive Sale in Zurich

Private individuals only

Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

3. Competition Period

The competition takes place during the opening hours of the X-Bionic Archive sale event at the Zurich office only. Entries submitted outside of this time will not be considered.

4. How to Participate

To participate in the competition:

Participants must bring and present at least one existing genuine X-Bionic product at the sample sale event.

Each eligible participant may enter once only.

No purchase is required to participate.

Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

5. Prize

The prizes consist of:

One (1) Swiss-Ski Base Layer

Prize details such as size, color or specific model are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

The prize:

Is non-transferable

Cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives

6. Winner Selection & Allocation

All eligible participants who validly participate in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will be registered on site during the event.

After the event has concluded, the winners will be selected by the Organizer from all valid participants.

The winners will be notified via email using the contact details provided at the time of registration.

7. No Guarantee of Winning

Participation in the competition does not guarantee winning a prize. Prizes are limited in number and subject to availability.

8. Data Protection

No personal data will be collected or stored beyond what is necessary to administer the competition on site. No participant data will be used for marketing purposes in connection with this competition.

9. Liability

The Organizer accepts no liability for:

Entries that cannot be accepted due to organizational or technical reasons

Any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize, to the extent permitted by Swiss law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

10. Right to Amend or Cancel

The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
