I bought three shirts at my local shop, I can't seem to register them. Can only product bought through the website be registered?

As soon as you are logged in please choose the menu "registered products" and then the button register product - enter product name/number and the additional information to save the registered product. If there is a problem with the hologram code or it does not work for another reason, may I kindly ask you to send an e-mail with photos of the hologram code, product code + size as well as (if still available) the invoice to email@example.com. Then we would be happy to register the products for you.
