That depends on where you live. At the moment we ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Please be informed that, unfortunately, we can’t ship to Switzerland at the moment due to technical issues (more information).
Outside Europe we also ship to the United States.
This depends on the shipping option you've chosen and where you order to. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date after you received the final order confirmation via mail.

Yes, you can. Once the package is shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code.
In the case of an order cancellation or reasons such as damage, product faults, misdescription or errors in delivery we kindly asked you to return to us any product, which falls under above-mentioned reasons. Please return the product(s) without undue delay to the address below. In the case of an order cancellation please return the product(s) within 14 days after cancelling the contract.
