Product Description

Trail Anatomix® redefines what a trail-running sock can be. Instead of forcing the foot to adapt, we engineered the sock around the biomechanics of the human foot. The result is the EvoFit™ system – a combination of five patented technologies that delivers instant comfort, reduces pressure points and provides support without restriction. So you can feel confident on long trail runs and races.

Achilles stays protected

Achilles stays protected

Lambertz-Nicholson Achilles Tendon Protector 4.0 adds targeted cushioning exactly where the footwear collar meets your Achilles tendon — one of the most friction-prone areas on long trail runs.

Stays locked in place

Stays locked in place

HighGrip Bandage and Anatomix® Heel Tech create a secure hold at the heel and cuff that keeps the sock from slipping down or twisting — even on steep descents, fast climbs and technical terrain.

Feet stay cooler and drier

Feet stay cooler and drier

Air-Conditioning Channel® creates ventilation pathways through the footbed that help heat and moisture escape before the sock gets wet and heavy. Combined with Skin Nodor® bacteriostatic yarn, this keeps your feet fresher on long runs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Trail Anatomix® Crew made for?

What is the Trail Anatomix® Crew made for?

The Trail Anatomix® Crew is built for trail running, ultra trail and technical mountain terrain. Trail running asks more of a sock than almost any sport: heat, sweat, climbs, loose ground and long hours of movement, where every wrinkle or rub can start a blister far from the trailhead. Five patented Anatomix® technologies create a second-skin fit that is shaped to your foot and locks in over rough ground. The crew height protects the ankle in low trail shoes, and 3D-knitted structures add support where you feel it most, with signature X-BIONIC sweat and moisture management, so you can focus on the next aid station, not your feet.

How does the Trail Anatomix® Crew fit and which size should I take?

How does the Trail Anatomix® Crew fit and which size should I take?

The Trail Anatomix® Crew is a unisex crew sock with a lighter, faster construction than the Hike styles, made for runners who want second-skin fit, protection and moisture control over climbs and descents. The fit is anatomical, so the sock is shaped to wrap the toes, heel, ankle and Achilles rather than stretching a tube around them. It sits closely because it is built to your foot, not because it compresses, so take your normal size. With Anatomix®, you feel it immediately if a left and right sock are swapped; that is how dialed-in the shaping is.

What technology helps Trail Anatomix® prevent friction and blisters?

What technology helps Trail Anatomix® prevent friction and blisters?

Trail Anatomix® uses five patented Anatomix® technologies that work as a system. The anatomical shape removes spare fabric, so there is less twisting, wrinkling and slipping when the terrain keeps your foot moving inside the shoe. 3D-knitted structures add protection and support at the high-friction zones you feel most on technical ground, while signature X-BIONIC sweat and moisture management and cooling airflow move heat and moisture away from the skin. Less friction, less heat and less movement work together to reduce the hot spots that become blisters over long trail efforts.

What makes Trail Anatomix® different from other trail running socks?

What makes Trail Anatomix® different from other trail running socks?

Most trail socks add support to a tube-shaped sock through cushioning or compression. Trail Anatomix® changes the shape of the sock itself, building it around the anatomy of the foot for a second-skin fit that holds on technical ground. It was given to runners at major Alpine trail events, including UTMB and Verbier Ultra, and some raced in it after only brief use, which is the clearest proof that the fit feels right fast. Fit-first engineering with five patented technologies, not added compression, is what sets it apart, and it is unique to X-BIONIC.
