YOUR MISSION

Carry out all customer service duties to acquire, build, and maintain customer relationships.
Handle order entry and order management.
Organize transport and delivery.
Evaluate and communicate delivery schedules with customers.
Create sales reports and maintain customer data in the ERP system.
Perform general organizational work and provide field sales support.
Report to the Sales Support Lead.

Our current location is in Wollerau; however, we will be relocating to Zurich at the beginning of 2024.

YOUR JOURNEY

1+ years of experience in the field of sales, administration, or a similar position.
Professional proficiency in Excel.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field.
Autonomous, curious, proactive, as well as structured and well-organized.
Strong communication skills.
Strong customer orientation.
Very good communication and expression skills in English and German, both written and spoken. Any other language is a plus.
