You can register your products after you signed up for an account by clicking on the link "Registered Products" and following the form. Please be aware, that a few products might not be able to be registered yet, as we're constantly adding products to the shop. Thanks a lot for your understanding.

As we use special yarns for our products in order to enhance your performance under all conditions, the following instructions should be followed to maintain these features. We suggest to please wash at 30°C or 40°C with low spinning. Secondly, we recommend specific sports detergent, such as Perwoll Sport activecare 3D. Please avoid any softeners / conditioners or bleaching as well as tumble drying.
In case of products with a high amount of wool, such as the APANI® Merino products, we recommend using special wool detergent (e.g. Perwoll Wool & Delicates). Furthermore, please avoid hand washing, as the mechanical influence might damage the fibre / yarn. We rather recommend using the wool or handwash settings of your washing machine with low spinning.
That depends on where you live. At the moment we ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Please be informed that, unfortunately, we can’t ship to Switzerland at the moment due to technical issues (more information).
Outside Europe we also ship to the United States.

In the case of an order cancellation or reasons such as damage, product faults, misdescription or errors in delivery we kindly asked you to return to us any product, which falls under above-mentioned reasons. Please return the product(s) without undue delay to the address below. In the case of an order cancellation please return the product(s) within 14 days after cancelling the contract.
