Feb 19, 2015 - 3x Gold – 1x Silver – 2x Bronze!
Last weekend the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2015 in Vail-Beaver Creek, Colorado closed with outstanding results for the teams and athletes sponsored by X-BIONIC®. Four national teams were officially equipped with our high-tech wear and were fighting for the titles: Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia and Russia.
All our supported athletes earned top positions in different disciplines with 27 top ten results overall. Especially the downhill World Champion titles of Patrick Kueng (Swiss Ski) and Tina Maze (Sloski). The Slovenian skiing champion also won the Gold Medal at the Alpine combined race and the super-G Silver Medal. The Swiss athletes Lara Gut and Beat Feuz also earned the Bronze Medal in the downhill championships. All athletes were equipped with the high functional X-BIONIC® Energy Accumulator® EVO. These shirts and pants contain several of our patented technologies, for example the 3D Bionic Sphere® System, Partial Kompression and the Air-Conditioning Channel®. These technologies are working perfectly together and the athletes can show their best performance during the races. Most of the teams use the Energy Accumulator® EVO in the Patriot Edition, this is a version for different countries styled in the colors of their national flags.
We congratulate all teams and athletes to their successful Alpine World Championships 2015!
