can I express my disappointment at how impossibly difficult it is to use this website.

I've tried to register five pairs of socks - the model isn't listed, and each attempt (usinga different model) creates two registrations.

and it's so slow.

(I'm on a Mac using Safari)

this text is almost too small for me to read.

pah.

The socks are great. I wanted to register my guarantee and tell you how good they are (my previous ten pairs are just starting to wear out after four years) but I can get the contact section to lood.

can't you get a better site? I'm sre you'd get more feedback if you did.

Hi boldfish,we are already working on a HTML-version of the website. Until your post we haven’t heard any problems concerning the registration of products. We even tested the registration-process on Safari. But we will check this again.Thanks for the info!Best regards

I am also on a Mac. iBook G4.The website for me also is slow. Registration took me 'ages'. In the drop down menus it took a long time before I was at the right country and my birthdate. It wass not told that I would receive my password by e-mail.
Also the windows are too dark. There is a limited vertical viewing angle . The cursor in this text window is too thin.
The contrast of the characters and the background is not large enough.
But I like the brown and orange colours.

I now have 26 products registered, but I only have bought 15 I re-registered 3 pairs with the right model number so it's created 16 (8x2) extra registrtions to add to my original ten.

we still try to figure out, how your posts are created twice. We are also testing with Mac/Safari and Firefox but still don´t get the same result as you. Are you connected directly to the internet or through a proxy server?

for registrations und guarantess I had used seamonkey, firefox and MS internet explorerer on WINDOWS XP home (32bit) - I had only problems when I made mistakes by my own, because the member has no option to delete the insertet wrong product key!

I finally managed to register

I finally managed to register my most recent purchases and the ones that I had difficulty with before, so now I have 24 registered products.

I have managed to retain only the last 11 holograms and purchase receipts the safe place I kept the first ones in is so safe I can't find them any more.

will I have to buy more socks, or will I be able to point to registration of the first 14 pairs have someone leniently award me my free gift for registering so many purchases?

Love the socks, I wear nothing else they do last a couple of years before wearing holes in the soles, which is probably my fault for not wearing shoes all the time, but they are the most comfortable socks I have ever owned.
