Yes there are special X-SOCKS for nearly every kind of sport, with different protectors. There are even special ones for soccer.

The running speed shirt

The running speed shirt (020007) is fantastic. I live in Southern California in the desert and even though I practice in 110+ degree heat the shirt makes me feel cool - it is really incredible. One note it is a little tight so get one size bigger than what you normally wear. Great value!
